I had such a great afternoon with Alyssa & Spencer in downtown Lancaster! We met at Carmen & David’s Creamery to start their Engagement Session, which was very fitting since this is where we had our first wedding consult months and months ago. We then ended the session with ice cream at the Creamery – if you have never been there, I highly recommend checking it out!! Carmen & David make the most delicious ice cream and have such unique flavors to boot!! Alyssa, Spencer and I had a wonderful time during their session, but I think the highlight for all of us were our Creamery treats ! ; ) Thank you for a great day Alyssa & Spencer!!! Looking forward to the big day in April!!
The Schumachers
•November 28, 2009 • Leave a CommentThe Fall truly is the greatest time of the year! Besides the fact that it is beautiful, I get to hang out with all my friends and photograph their families! Katie & TJ are my BFFs and have been ever since we were all roomies in our pre-children days in Philly. They now have two children, Cole and Carly, who are my daughter’s BFFs….not to mention that Cole is my Godson ! We had to cancel their shoot in Philly where they live because of rain, so they ended up traveling out my way and it turned out to be a gorgeous day in Mt. Gretna! Love those kissing shots BFFs!
The Kelly Kids
•November 28, 2009 • Leave a CommentPhotographing the Kelly Kids is always one of the highlights of the year for me! Hannah, Jett & Dax are just gorgeous and the camera loves them!! We chose the riverfront for this year’s session and on the way found the most adorable red and green stoop… so perfect for a holiday shoot! Thanks for experimenting with me on locations, Bree…next year we’ll have to make Shawn come along! ; )
The Reeds
•November 28, 2009 • Leave a CommentKara and I bonded while watching our high school boyfriends play baseball together and we have been best of friends ever since! I ADORE her family – she has the greatest husband (AKA “Doug the Couch Carrier”) and the sweetest, most beautiful children. Oh! and we can’t forget about their newest addition, Cash, who is just a ball of energy! It is so much fun to photograph them every year, and I am always excited to see what outfits Kara has come up with for them all. As usual, she didn’t disappoint… the girl’s red tutus were adorable and I was so happy to see that Jack brought his infamous red cape! And Cade just gets more and more handsome everytime I see him. It was a great afternoon of shooting – thank you all for being so great!!

We met at Longwood Gardens for there Engagement Session, they chose this spot because this is where Joe proposed. Adrienne has truly brought out the romantic in him…. our Grandma would be so proud to see all those smiles, Joe!! Thank you for a great afternoon guys, can’t wait for July!!!

Bryan + Jenni
•November 7, 2009 • Leave a CommentBryan & Jenni have such a unique and touching story…. they had to cancel all of their wedding plans right before the big day, as Bryan was called to go to Iraq. So they ended up having something small before he left and are now planning to renew their vows with a big celebration in June 2010. When I met with Jenni and her mom, Paula, this past August, Bryan was still in Iraq, but was supposed to return home very soon. I was so happy when I got the call from Paula a few weeks ago saying Bryan was home and that they wanted to schedule their “Engagement Session”!! Welcome home Bryan! See you guys in June! ; )

The Pickels

(oh! and their parents, Greg and Samantha were adorable too – haha!) Thank you to the Pickel Family for a great session!!
